Aubrianna was amazing to work with! Furniture Row was our first stop and she wasn’t pushy when we said we were looking strong and comparing pricing. 5 stores later, her customer service was the best, she had exactly what we needed and was super friendly! Went back the next day and got what we needed plus a coffee table and side table. Great pricing! 10/10 recommend!

I went in knowing I needed a new couch. It was time. But I was just gonna get an idea of styles and prices. I really had no plan on getting one that day. Sales woman was amazing. Aubrianna was super friendly and very informative. She never made me feel like she was trying to push me into buying anything. Financing was extremely quick and easy. With any luck the delivery process will go just as well. Overall great experience. Aubrianna was awesome, and I will definitely do business with them again.

I've purchased furniture from Furniture Row in another city, and was very pleased with a recent purchase from the Lubbock showroom. A young sales associate, Zadrian, greeted me and showed the swivel recliner lounger chair I was interested in, and gave me a little space to sit and try it. Very relaxed, no pressure. The pair of chairs took several weeks to order, arrived a few days ahead of schedule, and the delivery crew had a pair of these chairs set in place quickly and efficiently. I've had them about two months now, and find them very comfortable, well-constructed, and very attractive.

Our salesman Richard was excellent, a lot of other places are pushy. He was very patient with us, answered all our questions and just made buying from here a breeze. We will definitely be back. As for the furniture I feel like it was well priced for the quality.

Our salesperson Zadrian Morales was the ultimate professional. We had decided on what we wanted elsewhere and we're simply just price comparing. After listening to our requirements he not only showed us to exactly what we were looking but showed us an upgrade with only dreamed about feature that came out just a tiny bit more than what we intended to get originally. We purchased only after 10 minutes of working with him. He gets the very top marks from me that I can offer.

What an awesome experience. My disabled Veteran husband and I just moved into a new home in Lubbock from another state for his health. When Gabriel found out we needed a full house of furniture before Christmas, he personally made sure it happened. Conner and his team just delivered two full bedroom sets, a full living room set and a diningroom table & chairs with setup in record time. The new furniture is beautiful. Thank you so much Gabriel for making our first Christmas in our new home merry and bright!

Aubrianna meet us with such a cheerful sweetness, as we walked in the door. We told her what we were looking for , and she was so much knowledge of every piece of furniture on that massive showroom. She directed us to what we were looking for which there were many options to choose from. She stepped back to allow us the privacy to talk about and try oit this one and that one etc. When we had made the selection, we didnt have to hint her down. She was right there. She is a top notch professional and a true sweetheart. It was a pleasure doing business today, with your store and Ms.Aubrianna. She has the patience dealing with the likes of us elderly folks, and I wouldn't shop for these needs anywhere else, as we have more purchases to be made in the near future
